Welcome to Langston’s inaugural Members Retreat at the serene Ritz-Carlton
Bacara in Santa Barbara.
Bringing this retreat to life has been no small undertaking. Expanding the
vision for what a Langston gathering could be—while managing the many
moving parts behind the scenes—has taken time, care, and quiet persistence.
It’s a privilege to now share this moment with all of you.
This weekend is about connection, pause, and presence. My hope is that you
find something here that meets you where you are—whether that’s a
meaningful conversation, a moment of clarity, or simply the chance to exhale.
